* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
* Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
* Strong communication skills to engage students effectively.
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and follow teacher guidance.
* Professional and confidential approach to working with children.
* Strong organisational skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
* A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards students’ development.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.
