As an Admin Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both the administrative functions and workshop operations. You will be responsible for a range of activities, from front-of-house reception work and administrative duties to booking in stock, producing invoices, taking payments and placing orders for stock replenishment.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
What will you be doing?
* Acting as the first point of contact at reception and handling phone calls and correspondence
* Processing invoices and payments.
* Ordering stock, stock control.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a team player with a proactive approach to administration.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience with company purchasing systems. Training will be given.
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a good telephone manner.
* Ability to work independently with self-discipline
* Prior experience in an automotive environment (desirable)
