Job Title: Securitisation Paralegal
Location: Leeds
Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Role overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Property Securitisation team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 ranked team.
Key responsibilities:
Identifying titles at the Land RegistryDrafting planning application forms, deeds and covering lettersCarrying out and reviewing property searches
Qualifications: The firm is looking for a candidate with previous conveyancing experience, who has managed their own caseload. Knowledge of social housing is advantageous.
