Maintenance Operative Location: East London Salary: £35,429.94 per annum Hours: 40 Hours per Week Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card & Trade Card Provided Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join a well-established organisation providing support services across residential properties in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in caretaking, building maintenance, and repairs. The successful candidate will work as part of the Property Services team, ensuring properties are maintained to a safe and high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day maintenance inspections and caretaking duties across multiple properties. Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Assist colleagues and external contractors with larger repair projects and void property works. Supervise external contractors when required and conduct post-completion inspections. Order and collect repair materials and maintenance supplies as necessary. Maintain accurate records and daily timesheets. Identify and report any dangerous or emergency maintenance issues immediately. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and organisational policies.
