Your Role
As a key player in our Restaurants Department, you’ll have the chance to:
* Lead and inspire our talented kitchen team, fostering skill development and creativity.
* Ensure Junior Kitchen Managers effectively lead each shift while maintaining compliance with food safety and Health & Safety policies.
* Manage food orders with our onsite warehouse and uphold all HACCP processes.
* Collaborate with the Food Development Team to tackle operational challenges and enhance our culinary offerings.
* Implement cost control procedures and monitor waste to ensure efficiency.
* Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to create a seamless dining experience.
About You
We’re searching for someone with:
* Proven experience in a similar kitchen management role.
* A track record of effectively developing team performance in a commercial culinary setting.
* A hardworking, determined attitude with a knack for finding better ways to meet our brand standards.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a fun-loving spirit that enhances the guest experience.
* A Level 3 Food Safety qualification and confidence in leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Working Conditions
This role involves working 40 hours per week, across five days out of seven. Flexibility is key, as our kitchen operates in a dynamic environment.
