Our client, a prominent company in the construction sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their team in the Bristol area. This is a permanent role that offers exciting opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing detailed surveying tasks on various construction projects
Utilising Starnet and other surveying software to ensure precise measurements and data accuracy
Managing and overseeing junior surveyors and providing mentorship and guidance
Preparing comprehensive reports and documentation for project analysis and assessment
Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Travelling to various project sites as required, with the understanding that travelling beyond three hours may not be feasible
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in surveying within the construction industry
Proficient in using Starnet and other relevant surveying software
Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Understanding of BPSS clearance processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
Willingness to travel within the Bristol area
Relevant surveying qualification or equivalent experience
