Job Description:
This role is UK-based with remote and flexible working options. The position is full-time. Our client provides engineering and risk management solutions and seeks a Business Development Manager to promote growth in the Renewable Energy sector, focusing on Wind, Oil, and Gas (both onshore and offshore). This is a strategic commercial role aimed at making a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
The successful candidate will build long-term client and channel partnerships, deliver tailored asset reliability and maintenance solutions, and support the transition toward a more sustainable energy infrastructure.

* Base salary from £50,000
* £5,500 annual car allowance

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage strategic relationships within Wind, Oil, and Gas sectors
* Identify new project and regional opportunities to maximize growth
* Prepare and deliver technical proposals and commercial bids
* Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
* Create profitable quotes aligned with customer needs
* Support long-term sales strategy and pipeline development
* Oversee technical reviews and sign-offs on proposals
Requirements
* Degree in engineering or related field (Chartered or Incorporated status is a plus)
* Experience in load monitoring or a technical/engineering environment
* Knowledge of the UK renewables landscape, especially Wind and Oil & Gas
* Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Full UK driving license
