Job Title: Support Worker Secure Unit
Location: Hailsham, East Sussex
Pay Rate: Up to £19.00 per hour

We are urgently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in a secure unit based in Hailsham, East Sussex. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with emotional and behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a secure setting
Implement behaviour management strategies and maintain a safe environment
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver individual care plans
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are met at all times
Requirements
Previous experience supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural issues
Current Restraint Training Certificate (mandatory)
Ability to work at least 3 long days per week
Strong communication and resilience skills
