LEAD CONTROL SYSTEMS SOFTWARE ENGINEER - £NEG (ENQUIRE FOR DETAILS) - GLASGOW (HYBRID, 3 DAYS ON-SITE) - SECTOR: ENERGY / INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION Lead the design and development of industrial control system software solutions, primarily using Siemens PLC platforms. Oversee full project lifecycle delivery including requirements capture, system design, software development, testing, and commissioning. Provide technical leadership and mentoring support to engineers across multiple project teams. Interface directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and technical alignment. Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning activities. Contribute to both new-build and upgrade projects across power and energy infrastructure environments.
