Outwood Academy City in Sheffield has undergone a huge transformation for its 1200 students in the last 18 months, with an innovative curriculum, personalised approach to learning, and excellent pastoral care, enabling students to realise their vocational, practical, creative and academic abilities. Responsibilities
* Support the leadership team in implementing and driving forward the culture of kindness, positivity and mutual respect.
* Contribute to a busy school environment with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Relate to the Academy’s students and work as part of a team with a proactive approach to work.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent communication skills; able to remain calm in a busy environment.
* Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office. Training will be provided on the management information system.
* Ability to relate to students and to work well as part of a team.
* English and Maths Grade C/4 or above GCSE or equivalent.
