the Brand Ambassador role could be the perfect job for you!
We are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, and dedicated Brand Ambassador for the Bristol area with a strong ability to promote, sample various perfume brands, and drive sales.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will work full-time (37.5 hours per week) showcasing our products and services, as well as generating incremental sales. Your primary role will involve promotions, launches, and guerrilla events, engaging with customers in shopping centres, high streets, and trade events—just about anywhere to draw customers to our brands. The environment will be busy, fast-paced, and ever-changing, both within your area and nationally. When there are no promotional events, part of your time will be spent working in stores as required in your area.
You could be working in stores like Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Boots, or John Lewis.

Starting salary plus commission – £27,580
Typical duties of the role:
* Represent the company, brands, and brand owners, focusing on promotional events within your area and nationally, including external consumer and trade events.
* Showcase products, attract attention, introduce brands, and engage with customers.
* Support stores in your area in the absence of promotional events, as directed by your Regional Manager (RM) or Regional Support Manager (RSM).
* Achieve and exceed retail sales and productivity targets as set by your RM/RSM.
* Plan and work according to a pre-agreed rota.
* Respond flexibly to the needs of the business as part of a retail sales team.
* Train, monitor, and manage temporary staff during fragrance launches and promotions to ensure productivity.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Manage stock for events and stores as required.
* Follow company and brand visual merchandising guidelines.
* Communicate with and support your RM/RSM by providing feedback and results of promotions, completing promotional site forms, and forwarding them to your managers.
