The Role
Are you an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity? We are seeking a qualified professional to join us for an ongoing contract covering the Isle of Wight area.
This role offers the chance to work on a stable portfolio of residential projects. Your daily responsibilities will primarily involve conducting Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys on residential properties. You will also be required to accurately take samples of any suspected Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and appropriately document the properties in‑site.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
* Have a demonstrable post‑qualification track record, with proven experience specifically surveying residential properties.
* Work independently, managing your own weekly schedule and workload, and ensuring timely submission of survey reports and samples each week.
