What you’ll be doing:
1. Supervising whole classes, keeping lessons running smoothly
2. Supporting pupils with their learning and behaviour
3. Building positive relationships with students and staff
4. Bringing your energy, organisation, and sports mindset into the classroom
What we’re looking for:
5. A degree in Sports (or related subject)
6. Confidence in leading groups (on or off the pitch!)
7. Strong communication and behaviour management skills
8. A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
(No teaching qualification needed—just your enthusiasm, leadership, and adaptability.)
