Job description
Retail Team Leader... we call you our Brand Leads. As a Brand Lead, you have your own style and are genuine ambassadors for our brand. You are an expert in delivering an exceptional customer brand experience in-store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associates to achieve store targets and promote excellence across all areas.
Main responsibilities
Operations & Service
* Utilize your local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience.
* Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our consumers.
* Make confident decisions that are in the best interest of our consumers, including handling consumer issues in-store.
* Act as a brand ambassador by role modeling our behaviors, values, and style.
* Build trust through collaboration, open, and honest communication.
* Continuously develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
* Maintain store appearance and embrace the Superdry store look to ensure it looks exceptional.
* Take ownership of delivering business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
* Support compliance tasks such as loss prevention and health and safety.
* Exceed expectations and promote this attitude within the team.
* Embrace and share the Superdry culture with colleagues.
* Maintain awareness of store KPIs and contribute ideas to improve performance.
* Ensure daily productivity and positive impact on the store.
* Be authentic and yourself.
* Hold keys and be responsible for opening and closing the store, including cash handling.

* Support daily supervision of the team.
* Motivate your team to deliver excellent service.
* Provide clear direction and inspire associates to achieve targets.
* Lead the team, with managers, to hit store targets and foster a positive work environment.
* Coordinate operational tasks effectively.
