The Role
As an Event Manager, youll enjoy a varied and hands-on position combining sales, coordination, and event delivery .
Meeting couples and conducting venue showarounds
Managing event enquiries and administrative coordination
Planning and organising weddings from initial booking through to delivery
Leading on-the-day operations, including set-up and execution
Working closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure flawless service
Being a key point of contact for clients throughout their journey
About You
Were looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and customer-focused, with a passion for the wedding and hospitality industry.
Previous hospitality experience is essential
Experience in weddings, events, or hotel operations/coordination is highly desirable
A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
This role could be ideal for a recent hospitality graduate with strong practical experience, such as a placement year within a hotel or events environment, looking to build a long-term career.

Working Hours
This is an operational role, so flexibility is essential. Some days will be traditional office hours but when you are hosting a Wedding you will be required to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, particularly during peak wedding season.
