We seek a highly organized and proactive Event Assistant to support the Global Event Manager in executing international events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and documentation.

You will assist in planning and delivering international events attended by global leaders, innovators, and partners.
Remote Flexibility
This role is remote, preferably for candidates in the EU due to logistics and time zones, but open to exceptional candidates worldwide.
Your responsibilities include vendor relations, budget tracking, calendar management, and reporting, providing valuable exposure to logistics, budgeting, and international coordination.
Responsibilities:
* Event & Logistics Support: Coordinate international events, liaise with venues and vendors, monitor timelines.
* Finance & Budget Management: Track expenses, process invoices, manage vendor payments, support reconciliation.
* Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports, manage contracts, keep event files.
* Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in executive assistance, event support, or finance roles.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
* Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure.
* Experience with budgeting and invoicing.
* Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and tech-savvy.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
