You will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. You will confidently lead, supervise, and develop staff, manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager, and help create a safe, nurturing, and homely environment where young people can thrive.
