Overview
Team Administrator — £30,000 — Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Responsibilities
* Perform accurate typing and audio typing.
* Create, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Scan, file, and manage documents in both physical and electronic systems.
* Handle general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
* Answer incoming telephone calls, respond to queries, and take clear and accurate messages.
* Log and maintain records of staff holiday and sick leave.
* Provide support to colleagues and management as required.
Skills & Attributes
* Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience within a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional and polite telephone manner.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
