As our Beauty Advisor, you will have proven sales experience, with a passion for providing our customers with a high touch customer experience, sharing your passion for Neals Yard Remedies. You'll be super motivated to deliver on KPIs, increase customer loyalty, and create a positive environment to thrive in.
Working with the Counter Manager you'll help elevate our customer experience, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with retailers and customer alike.
You'll have previous experience of working as a Beauty Advisor within a Beauty Brand or be ready for the next exciting stage in your career. Your passion for beauty, skincare and wellness will be infectious, as you support the Counter Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.

Weekend working is required as part of a rota
