Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes to drive financial planning
* Conduct cost analysis and monitor production costs to improve efficiency
* Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
* Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

* Assist in process improvements to enhance financial reporting and cost management
