THE COMPANY: This company exclusive suppler of niche medical devices is experiencing a period of tremendous growth having trebled revenue in the last 6 years and added new employees in each of the last 8. They are now looking to hire a new Regional Sales Manager to support the southern team and build business in the region.
THE ROLE: This is a fantastic opportunity for a people manager with an exciting and growing business. You will lead and develop a team of 5 Territory Managers selling innovative equipment and devices used in ENT and gynaecology surgery to existing and new accounts throughout the south of England. You will inherit some of the company's best performers and areas with huge growth opportunities, making this a rewarding and lucrative position.
PROGRESSION: All of the senior managers within the business started as salespeople or Regional Sales Managers - the company loves to promote people upwards to reward success, determination and ambition. You can be sure of long term career advancement with this business!
REQUIREMENTS
· First line management experience in medical devices and equipment sales is essential.
· Ideally experience in ENT surgery and/or medical imaging.

The Package for Regional Sales Manager:
· On target earnings of £100k
· Open ended bonus scheme
