Job Title: Transport Administrator Location: Bristol Pay Rate: £13.80 to £15.96 per hour Shifts: 1 2 hour shifts (any 4 out of 7 days) rotating (06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00) Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for reliable, experienced T ransport Administrators to join our team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving. Previous experience in a role like this is not essential but it would be excellent if you had some. What You'll Do: Use in-house WMS and TMS systems (full training provided) Produce and manage paperwork & data entry using the systems Conduct DVLA Licence checks on drivers Brief and de-brief drivers What You Need: A professional attitude and good communication skills Strong knowledge of using a computer The ability to talk on the telephone (inbound and outbound calls) Excellent organisational skills Fluency in English (Written, spoken and aural) You must be a UK resident to be considered for this opportunity.
