We're looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Children's Therapy Team, supporting children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You'll work in homes, schools, nurseries and clinicswherever each child needs you most.
Our service offers a supportive, forwardthinking environment with pathways in Early Years, Complex Disability and Physical Disability, plus specialist areas such as palliative care, neuromuscular conditions, hemiplegia and splinting. You'll be guided by an experienced Clinical Professional Lead and work closely with a passionate multiagency team.
You'll need an Occupational Therapy qualification, HCPC registration, strong timemanagement and the confidence to work flexibly with families and partners. Experience with children's equipment is helpful, and we'll train you in the assessment tools and interventions we use.
You'll receive regular supervision, opportunities to grow your skills, and the chance to supervise therapy support workers and students.
A car owner/driver is essential due to community travel.

Job Description Summary (Main Duties And Responsibilities)
To be responsible for providing a professional Occupational Therapy service and carrying an agreed caseload under the supervision of Senior Occupational Therapy staff.
To apply the Occupational Therapy process within a multi-disciplinary format.
To deliver an Occupational Therapy service to patients within a variety of settings, requiring flexibility/adaptability in recognising the complexity of these environments.
