Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Organisational Development Professional to lead the delivery of OD programmes across Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, the role will drive culture change, support leadership development, enhance staff experience, and align organisational development activities with strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of OD programmes across Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership.
* Drive culture change and support leadership development.
* Enhance staff experience and ensure OD activities align with strategic priorities.
* Provide professional advice and leadership.
* Design and deliver OD interventions.
* Contribute to a positive, values‑based culture across the HSCP.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in OD or HR at a senior level.
* Strong programme‑management skills.
* Expert knowledge of OD tools and methodologies.
* Experience delivering complex organisational change.
* Ability to work collaboratively across a complex health and social care environment.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Passion for improving teams, services and culture.
Benefits and Work‑Hours
From 1 April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will reduce from 37 hours to 36 hours. Part‑time working hours will be reduced on a pro‑rata basis. A corresponding increase in the hourly rate will apply, ensuring that overall pay remains unchanged.
Flexible working options are available where service needs allow. For roles with less than full‑time hours, applicants seeking flexible arrangements are encouraged. Flexible working will be discussed during the recruitment process.
