As our Sales Appointment Setter you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued sales growth by engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. But this role is about more than filling diaries - it’s about helping businesses run safer, cleaner, more compliant operations by connecting them with services that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support environmental responsibility. Generate quality appointments by calling warm leads and securing meetings for our Business Development and Account Managers. Influence and convert by clearly communicating our value, handling objections confidently, and following up to build trust and keep customers clear on next steps. Stay organised and effective by using CRM and strong product/market knowledge to qualify leads, tailor conversations, and build a healthy pipeline that converts. Customer-first communication - you’re naturally curious, ask good questions, and can quickly understand what matters to a customer (time, cost, compliance, safety, service reliability).
