In this permanent, full-time position, you will be an integral part of the school's administrative team, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support to the school staff and leadership team.
2. Assist with the maintenance of student records and databases.
3. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
5. Handle general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
6. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
7. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
11. Knowledge and experience of SIMS
12. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
