Job responsibilities
Enrol in the Gedling Healthy Families Team to deliver universal health reviews, breast‑feeding support and other duties as part of the 0‑19 Healthy Child Programme. Experience and a passionate attitude towards breast‑feeding are essential.
Assist with lone working with parents and children, completing development reviews. Employ excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently while escalating issues to the Specialist Public Health Practitioners.
Adapt to meet service needs, manage time, use IT and work effectively within a team.
Provide induction, ongoing training, clinical and safeguarding supervision, and contribute to team development.
Must be aware of safeguarding policies and procedures.

Applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check, which will be deducted from the first two months’ salary.
