Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for encouraging the individuals you support to actively participate in their communities, fostering independence. Effective communication using the individuals' preferred methods is crucial, as is engaging and motivating them to enhance their quality of life. We support up to 11 people living within this service, promoting independent living.
We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.

Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
