Responsibilities of a Sous Chef at JW Lees:
* Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
* Support menu development, stock management, and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen environment
* Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members
* Maintain high standards and attention to detail to achieve and sustain 5* Scores on the doors
* Continuously motivate the team to present fresh, quality food each time
* The Sous Chef plays an integral role in training and developing junior team members
