My client is an award-winning, RIBA chartered Architectural practice located in Leicestershire. They have an extremely varied portfolio,pleting multiple projects in the high-end residential,mercial, leisure, logistics and more.
You will be joining a close-knit, collaborative team of 23 as a Project Running Architect, where employee retention is extremely high and the opportunities to develop are endless.
In your role as a Project Running Architect, you will be focused on tasks such as:
1. Running projects.
2. Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
3. Managing all technical aspects from start to finish.
4. Collaborating in a team.
5. Examining other team members' work.
To apply for this role, it is essential you have:
6. At least 5 years of experience in a UK-based role.
7. Strong technical ability.
8. Proficiency with AutoCAD.
9. Proficiency with Revit (Advantageous)
10. RIBA/ARB Registration (Advantageous)
