Job Title: Estimator – Door systems
Office Based: Welshpool
Remuneration: £30,000 – £40,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Responsibilities
* Deal with a range of manufactured door-sets & solutions.
* Raise estimates and price schedules for main contractors and joinery sub-contractors.
* Produce clear, accurate, and competitive quotations in line with company standards.
* Maintain organised records of quotes, pricing data, and supplier information.
* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure estimates reflect practical delivery, and review completed projects for cost comparison.
* Ensure quotations are prepared and issued within agreed timescales and priorities.
* Attend events, meetings, and trade exhibitions to promote brand recognition.
Qualifications
* Experience in construction industry estimating.
* Background in architectural ironmongery, fenestration, door hardware, or related products preferred.
* Existing candidates from fenestration sector in related roles (sales or administration) considered if willing to learn.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
* Team player with a positive outlook.
* Commercially aware and cost-focused.
