This is a fixed-term post of 12 months with part-time hours available, based at JB Russell House, Gartnavel Campus, with hybrid working arrangements.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions (NMAHP) Directorate within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde (NHSGGC). The role involves collaborating with Senior Nurses and Midwives to facilitate, monitor, and support workforce planning processes, including the application of staffing level tools and the Common Staffing Method.
The post holder will work with Workforce Analytics, Professional Governance & Regulation Directorate, and Service to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and support compliance with the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019. Responsibilities include delivering roster master class sessions and supporting the implementation of Real Time Staffing and Risk Escalation.
Applicants must be registered with the NMC and have secured revalidation. Experience with staffing level tools in current practice is advantageous.
