The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Interim Management Accountant to support our finance function during a critical growth phase. This interim role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running, bring clarity to our financial reporting, and support strategic decision-making while we recruit for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Lead short-term cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Oversee supplier payments and invoice processing
Provide clear financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Support budgeting and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulations
Collaborate with operational teams across multiple sites and countries
What Were Looking For
Immediate availability
Proven experience in a similar interim or contract Management Accountant role
Strong working knowledge of Sage and/or Xero
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
