Job Summary:
· To provide professional, customer focussed business support to the locality team, thus ensuring delivery of a well-coordinated pathway of universal and targeted children’s centre services across the borough.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
· To assist the Children’s Centre Business Manager to provide a high-quality administrative support service ensuring smooth day to day functioning of children’s centre(s) and locality services.
· To provide welcoming and effective reception and engagement services for families attending the Children’s Centres and programmes.
· To deliver effective business support so the locality team can engage and support those most at risk of poor outcomes, maximising the positive impact of services on child and family outcomes.
Essential Experience Required:
· 6 months solid front of house experience in a busy reception
· Excellent customer service skills
· Experience of providing admin support to a team

· Enhanced DBS required
