I am looking for CNC Machinists with experience of the following: Programming, setting, and operating a range of CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenheim) Accurately setting machines right first time Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing machining techniques Maintaining alignment with company core values Supporting and mentoring apprentices Carrying out any other tasks in line with your skills and experience as needed Knowledge and adherence to ISO9001:2015 compliance Understanding of 5S methodologyCompany Benefits Annual salary up to £35226 per annum, depending on experience 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme: 8% combined contribution (4% employee, 4% employer) 39 hours/week, Mon-Fri, with a flexitime system and early finish on Fridays Paid sick leave (after six months' service) Free onsite parking Employee Assistance Programme, including access to professional counselling Death in Service benefit Cycle to Work scheme and onsite shower facilities Company-wide shutdown at Christmas * £1,500 employee referral bonus for successful hire
