We offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to lead a diverse portfolio, delivering estate management and professional consultancy services across a nationally significant portfolio. This role is suitable for either a fully qualified estate manager or someone eager to expand their skills in asset management. The role oversees a team of three and is based in Birmingham, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Lead and manage a team of surveyors, overseeing rural property portfolios.
* Deliver expert consultancy on rural and land management matters.
* Ensure efficient service delivery tailored to client needs.
* Conduct Red Book Valuations and Market Appraisals.
* Provide strategic guidance on property disposals.
* Inspire and motivate team members, promoting collaboration and accountability.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and cooperation.
* Define objectives, roles, and responsibilities; ensure team alignment.
* Set expectations, deadlines, and goals; provide ongoing feedback and address challenges.
* Recognize performance, offer constructive feedback, and support professional growth.
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
* Ensure compliance with company policies.
* Support team members in managing portfolios effectively to meet targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?
* MRICS, AssocRICS, or MARLA qualifications preferred.
* Extensive experience in land management.
* Previous team management experience with strong leadership skills.
* Experience working with clients, stakeholders, and contractors in a fast-paced, professional environment.
* Organized with good time management skills.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A full driving license is essential.
