Maintenance Engineering Manager x 2 - FMCG - Uttoxeter - New!
You’ll report into the Head of Engineering and each lead half of the site – with full responsibility for performance, compliance, strategy, and people development. This is a role with real influence, visibility, and the chance to make change happen.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a skilled team of engineers, electricians, and technicians (around 12 people)
* Owning your area’s budget, strategy, and maintenance plan
* Driving continuous improvement projects and embedding new practices
* Building capability through succession planning, coaching, and development
* Ensuring safety and compliance remain front and centre
What we’re looking for:
* Proven engineering leadership (5+ years, ideally food/FMCG or similar)
* Track record managing budgets and large teams
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical (HNC/HND preferred)
* IOSH awareness (or willingness to complete training)
