Are you a sharp writer, an expert organiser, and a persuasive storyteller? Join our Bid Services Team as a Bid Manager and help us win the business that shapes the future of customer communications. As Bid Manager, you'll lead the creation of high-impact, compliant, and competitive proposals – working across sales, legal, technical, and finance teams to deliver responses that win. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our bid processes and content library, making us faster, smarter, and more effective in every opportunity we pursue.

What You'll Do

* Manage and deliver high-quality tender responses (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) aligned with client requirements and internal governance.
* Analyse tender documents to identify deadlines, evaluation criteria, and win themes.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts and commercial teams to gather input and craft compelling narratives.
* Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
* Maintain and enhance our bid content library for future efficiencies.
* Support presentations, post-submission clarifications, and feedback reviews.
* Drive improvements in our bidding strategy, content, and processes.

What We’re Looking For

A proactive and detail-focused professional with:

* Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales support (ideally in print, marketing, or managed services).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
* A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and procurement tools.
* APMP certification (a plus, not essential).
* A “can-do” attitude and a hunger to grow.

Technical Toolkit

* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Microsoft Teams (Collaboration)
* Adobe Suite (Desirable)
* Ability to adapt to new platforms and technologies

This is a remote role with some ad-hoc UK travel £45-56K experience dependent.
