About The Role What Youll Do Lead product design, development, and testing through to third-party certification. Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and efficiency. Keep product specifications and compliance documentation up to date. Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative improvements. Support new product launches across Plumbing & Drainage, and Ariel businesses. Ensure compliance with CE, BSI, BBA and other industry standards. Deliver training and technical support across teams. What Were Looking For Strong technical background in product design and development. Awareness of British/European/International Standards and compliance processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including statistical process control. Great communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
