About the Role As a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for .Monks, helping us scale our hubs of creativity and innovation across EMEA. You will work alongside our in-house Talent Monks to attract, recruit, and retain best in class and future shapers, ensuring our hiring processes move as fast as the industry itself. Responsibilities: Execute full-cycle recruitment activities, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on best practices, helping to elevate the candidate experience at every touchpoint. Curate a high-quality preselection of candidates, ensuring a strong match between talent aspirations and business needs. Source passive candidates proactively, utilizing advanced search techniques to find talent that isn't always looking. Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, acting as the bridge between hiring teams and prospective Monks. Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, ensuring our pipelines are equitable and reflect the global communities we serve. Optimise our workflow by leveraging AI tools and processes to keep pace with our high-volume hiring environment. About You The essentials: Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in multidisciplinary hiring. Sourcing Mastery: Highly versed in modern sourcing strategies with "must-have" Boolean search skills. Networker Mentality: A natural "go-getter" who thrives on building and maintaining a deep network of industry talent. Project Management: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and stakeholder relationships simultaneously. Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English. Soft Skills: A great listener with a relational approach, high attention to detail, and the ability to work with little direction. Not a must, but a plus: Background: Previous experience working within a fast-paced recruitment agency. Scope: Experience recruiting on an international scale across different EMEA markets. Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the "top players" and relevant companies across various tech and creative markets.
