Our client is looking for an experienced HR Professional who has a strong slant towards the management of ER cases to assist the HR Director.
Your new role
Working in a team of 4, you'll be responsible for various aspects of employee relations, including dealing with ER cases, investigations, disciplinary meetings and general HR responsibilities. This role does require being in the office for 5 days a week to ensure the best experience for internal stakeholders. Ongoing for 4 months, there is a possibility of extension.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a strong foundation in Employee Relations and be able to manage various levels of cases. This is a busy role with plenty of support around you.
