Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Borehamwood from September 2025. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role, offering the chance to start with Supply Desk and transition into a permanent position within the school.

The Role
You’ll deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach KS5 depending on your skills and experience. This role is ideal for a teacher who wants to grow with the school and make a lasting impact in the classroom.

* Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that challenge and inspire
* Track progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate success
* Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
* Foster resilience, independence, and a love of learning
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and resources
* Support every student to reach—and exceed—their potential
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (unqualified teachers with strong subject knowledge also considered)
* Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is a bonus)
* A genuine passion for Mathematics and education
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A positive, proactive team player ready to make a difference
