Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join a legal firm’s brand new office in South Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional legal environment. This role is fully onsite, 5 days a week (with an early finish on a Friday). Key Responsibilities * Assisting with the management of residential conveyancing files from inception to post-completion * Drafting contracts, issuing contract packs, and preparing transfer documents * Conducting title checks and property searches * Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties * Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate file records * Preparing completion statements and coordinating completion funds * Handling post-completion matters, including stamp duty submissions and Land Registry applications * Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team Skills & Experience * Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law role preferred * Strong understanding of the conveyancing process * Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple files * Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy * Professional and confident communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems What We Offer * A supportive and collaborative working environment * Opportunities for career progression and professional development * Competitive salary * Exposure to a varied and interesting caseload Submit your CV in confidence to be considered for this wonderful opportunity
