The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive B2B Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. In this role, you will play a key part in generating leads, developing client relationships, and supporting the commercial team to grow our business.

This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable with outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social media engagement. You'll identify local and national opportunities and collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and excellent service delivery within the given region.


Join our expanding team and drive our growth in:

* International shipping (180+ countries)
* Fulfillment solutions


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* 10 face-to-face meetings per month


Key Responsibilities:

* Proactive cold calling and lead generation
* Drive B2B sales growth across our service portfolio
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Create tailored logistics solutions
* Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Utilize HubSpot CRM to track and manage leads
* Collaborate with our operations team
* Provide regular sales activity reports


What We're Looking For:

* Strong cold calling experience and resilience
* Experience with CRM systems
* Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
* Own car essential for client visits
* Valid UK driving licence
