As a Receptionist, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the ward by providing vital administrative and customer service support. You will be the first point of contact for patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, significantly impacting their experience at the treatment centre.
Your responsibilities include handling sensitive patient information, assisting with case notes preparation, ensuring effective communication between departments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients receiving care for haematological and oncological disorders.
