We are currently looking for Full or Part-Time Female Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our friendly, dedicated team supporting service users across Basildon and Laindon.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
* Residential support across Basildon & Laindon
* Mon–Fri: £12.21 per hour
* Sat: £12.51 per hour
* Sun: £12.71 per hour
Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
* Day shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
* Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* Sleep-in / Waking nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Your Role as a Support Worker / Care Assistant
You’ll play a vital role our female service user to live independently, with dignity and confidence. No two days are the same—you’ll be supporting service users at home and in the community, making a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care
* Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
* Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication
* Supporting mobility and rehabilitation after hospital stays

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care—full training is provided.
We are seeking individuals who are:
* Compassionate, empathetic, and patient
* Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
* Strong communicators with good people skills
* Observant, attentive, and organised
* Able to work independently while following care plans
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
