Position Senior Residential Support Worker -Children Employment type Permanent Location Ebbw Vale, Wales Salary £38,000 p.a. Hours 40 per week, working 24 hours shifts. About the role As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will deliver emotional and therapeutic support to the children in your care. Developing rapport with the young people and ensuring their needs are met.Home size is 6 and 4 bed and the two homes situated very close together in this area.You will supervise a team of Residential Support workers, managing rotas, staff training and supervisions. Qualifications and Experience required We are looking for stable and physically fit individuals with a similar background, who are passionate about leading a team of RCWs and delivering high quality care. You will need a QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People and have carried out supervisory/senior duties previously.
