Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum (42.5 hours/week, paid weekly)

We are seeking an experienced, trade-based Multi-Skilled Working Foreman to join our clients established and friendly team. Based in Pembrokeshire and working across surrounding counties, this is a hands-on role combining site leadership with practical building work on domestic refurbishments, maintenance projects, and new extensions.
You will lead by example on site, coordinating small teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining health & safety standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification. Responsibilities include reading drawings, setting out, quality control, and liaising with Contracts Managers and Health & Safety Officers.
You should have strong all-round building experience across multiple trades, excellent attention to detail, and proven leadership skills. A CSCS card and relevant trade qualifications are desirable.
