Duties

* Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
* Process patient information and insurance details accurately.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient patient care.
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
* Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in using office equipment and software applications relevant to the role.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
