About the Role
Location: Eastbourne | 37.5 hours per week | Competitive Salary | Driver | Fixed‑Term Contract: Up to 12 months
Role Overview
* Lead and mentor Supervisors and Home Care Assistants
* Conduct care assessments, reviews, and working supervisions
* Act as a first point of contact for urgent care or staff support
* Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
* Support the Registered Manager in business growth and compliance
* Deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care across the service
Qualifications & Experience
* QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Supervisory experience in a domiciliary care setting
* Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
* Strong understanding of care values, CQC standards, and safeguarding
* Confident using scheduling software and digital systems
* A compassionate, professional, and solution‑focused mindset
